CrossFlowP: Second Trimester Flow. 18 minutes. In your second trimester, hopefully, you will get your energy back a bit, the nausea (and more) will abate, and, at least in the beginning of this trimester, your belly isn't yet impeding your movements. Your baby is now much more secure in the place he or she will grow for the next several months. So, enjoy these pregnancy-approved moves in this second trimester flow that I originally created for SHAPE Magazine while pregnant with my third.
If you want to see me on the last day of my second trimester doing these moves, please head on over to: https://www.shape.com/fitness/videos/prenatal-yoga-poses-are-perfect-your-second-trimester-pregnancy . NB: in the Shape video, there is no guided instructions, and the moves are only done on one side.
Please make sure you are standing next to a wall, or a sturdy chair, as your balance will shift constantly. Deep breaths, and ENJOY, mama!!
