CrossFlowV: Coming Back From An Illness. 50 minutes. Sometimes (often), illness can completely wipe us out. When we are no longer contagious, we can sometimes expect our bodies and minds to back to 100%, yet this is sadly not usually the case. This vinyasa style flow is here to help you slowly, but surely get your body, mind, and strength back to where you want to be. One yoga block is recommended for this flow. Deep breaths, and be patient with yourself! Your body has been through a LOT!
