CrossFlowX™: Compass Arm Balance Flow. 49 minutes. Visvamitrasana aka "compass arm balance" has long been one of my favorite shapes to play around with. It requires strength, balance and flexibility. In this video, you warm your body up with HIITs and Kriyas, and open your hamstrings, shoulders, hips and more to prepare it for the arm balance. Then, there are several steps and stages to play with this arm balance. The journey is the thing, you don't ever need to do the actual pose to benefit greatly from this video.
Compass arm balance is so much more than a pose. If you learn to explore this one with ease, it can give you the tools to live life with a balance of strength and flexibility.
