CrossFlowX™: Stabilizing Cardio Flow. 45 minutes. Want to get your sweat on, but have a wonky lower back and / or SI joint that sometimes doesn't feel stable? This flow is for you! Using poses and moves all doctor approved to keep your hips neutral and even, you will sweat, strengthen, and stabilize! 1 yoga block + a yoga strap is recommended.
