CrossFlowX™: Thoracic Opening Cardio Flow. 35 minutes. Your thoracic is the part of your spine in between the cervical (neck area) and lumbar (lower back). Unfortunately, due to our society’s sedentary lifestyle, many have a largely immobile thoracic spine, which then causes undue stress on the cervical and lumbar (which is one of many reasons you hear about injuries in those two parts of the spine the most).
This CrossFlowX™ flow is full of moves meant to mobilize your thoracic spine. Which, in turn, will help your entire body feel better! This is not the most advanced flow, so it is accessible to most. Deep breaths, pay attention to your body, and be prepared to feel GREAT!
