CrossFlowZ: Gratitude Practice. 4 minutes. When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. Gratitude is a muscle that you must strengthen every day. Countless medical studies from Harvard and beyond support an association between gratitude and an individual's well-being. So, today, I am sharing two of my favorite gratitude practices with you.
