Hips are often referred to in Yoga as "the emotional garbage pail of our bodies". And, there is a direct correlation between hip tightness and jaw tightness. This connection has been well documented, and is often linked through the body's fascia (connective tissue), nervous system, and postural habits. A fascial line runs from the jaw to the pelvis, meaning tension in one area can cause stiffness in the other. All of the videos in this collection are aimed at healthier hips!
