CrossFlowX™ Abs Shortie. 1 minute. Shot for Shape Magazine. Just for fun. Not a full workout, just moves that can be turned into one. Fun fact: I was 15 weeks pregnant with my youngest when I shot this, and had to get approval from my doctor to do each move. Since I had been doing them all along, and was in my second trimester, I was given the go ahead. However, these moves are NOT for pregnant women, they are great quick ab moves to fit in any time you have a minute (or more, and can do each move for a minute)!
In this Advanced Yoga Flow for Abs, we do:
Plank
Superhero plank
Plank
Knee to shoulder taps
Forearm plank
Knee to shoulder taps
Hip dips
Plank
REPEAT
First, lead with the right side, then the left. Two sides = one round.
If you have the time, I recommend doing this one 3 full rounds.
