CrossFlowP: First Trimester Flow. 21 minutes. Hey, mama! If you are lucky enough to know you are pregnant right from the start, this flow is for you! Of COURSE, discuss with your OBGYN before attempting ANY movement in pregnancy, and ALWAYS only do what feels right for you in every moment. These moves will help you feel better, and help you connect with the miracle growing inside your belly! Don't forget to breathe, and ENJOY your superhuman status (you are GROWING a HUMAN, after all!)!!
NB: For most expecting mamas, belly poses are safe in the first trimester. BUT, if you have started to show, or "pop", or if it doesn't feel "right" or comfortable, please omit Salabasana (locust pose) in favor of a cow pose (on hands and knees, arching your spine).
