CrossFlowZ: Self Preservation Meditation. 11 minutes. Family gatherings and / or returning to a physical space from your past can be tricky. As human beings, we are constantly evolving, so it makes sense that we would feel different in a space from the past - our old self inhabited it, not our today self. This meditation guides you through some feelings that may come up when the current you meets a person or place from your past, and gives you mantras, encouragement, and strategies to stay your best self through it all.
